The rapidly increasing economy makes China the focus of the world. Every industry is simulated to invest, reform management and update technology by reason of China having joined WTO. The Chinese laboratories also quickly know the importance of LIMS to their own development, which can be proved by the annual high-speed increase of market requirement.

But in view of the whole China, the Chinese LIMS market is still in an early phase. In the Chinese mainland the installed LIMS are less than 30. These less than 30 laboratories have occupied and will keep the leading positions in their industries. Their common traits are leaders with foresight, acuity for new technologies and powerful funds.

Thousands of laboratories in China need LIMS because of the requirement of improving their management to adapt themselves to the new environment. But it is more necessary for Chinese laboratories to obtain good experiences of laboratory management and effective continuous quick technical services except for excellent LIMS.
